At Høyer Trondheim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected fashion pieces are not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online portal or contact our customer service team to notify us of your return and receive your digital return label.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging or a similar protective box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
